Shipping Policy

We ship to Canada, PO Boxes, and USA!

We do our best to send orders out promptly, usually within 24 hours. Once shipped, the arrival time will depend solely on the delivery company.

IN-STORE PICKUP  Order should be ready within a business day. Please bring the confirmation email or order number with you. Please pickup within 2 weeks of ordering. We are located in Maple Creek, SK, Canada on 126 Jasper Street. Store Opening Hours:  Mon - Sat: 9 AM - 5 PM

 

Hill Country Clothing is not liable for lost, damaged or stolen packages. By placing an order, you accept this risk.

Return &
Exchange Policy

We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellence. With that being said, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Hill Country Clothing with a 14 day money back or 30 day exchange/in-store credit. Items returned must be in brand new condition with all the tags and labels. All returns must have receipt present. When without a receipt over 30 days from purchase exchange or store credit will be at our discretion.

 

If shipping charges incurred they will not be refunded. The customer will be responsible for shipping charges both ways. Free shipping terms exclude overweight items 7kg plus, Heel-O-Mac items, clearance and discount items.

All Sale items are final. No returns or exchanges.

How to Complete a Return or Exchange

We are happy to accept returns and exchanges on regular-priced items within 30 days of purchase. All sale items are final.

To return an item, please fill out the return form and send your item(s) back to us in new condition with all tags, labels, and receipt. Once received and inspected, we'll issue you a refund.

To exchange an item, please fill out the exchange form and send your item(s) back to us in new condition with all tags, labels, and receipt, We suggest placing a new order for desired product to ensure it ships quickly and is still in stock. You can then return your original item(s) using the return form.

Alternatively, you can complete the exchange section of the return form and we'll do our best to exchange depending on stock and price availability.
